We use only the finest ingredients including herbs and spices from Ethiopia to make our signature dishes. We have expanded! Come join us at our new Speedway location which Tucsonans will remember as the Garland Bistro, well loved for its vegetarian cuisine. We will be serving the delicious food from Ethiopia that we are known for, but will also be introducing other African dishes along the way! We look forward to sharing our new space with you!
