The whole process is carefully designed to be welcoming and comfortable for participants from all segments of the population. In addition, designers also deliberately plan the questions and process to encourage meaningful dialogue leading to productive learning and insight.  Our coffee comes from Woman-owned Small Business. All of our Po-Boy sandwiches and salads are made from scratch. Our bakery offerings are quite extraordinary. We also offer a wide variety of local wines and beers.The environment of our café is relaxed and comfortable. We invite you to come in and stay for a bit. Have a cup of coffee, a little homemade Ginger juice, our sweet Love Potion and take a respite from the daily grind. We also provide free Wi-Fi for those who need to stay connected to their outside world. Lake Chad Cafe-Bar Our Bar fuses a warm and friendly atmosphere with an array of drinks and bar food. It operates as a cafe bar during the day and a cocktail bar by night and the full bar menu is served between the hours of 12:30pm-12mid-night. There is a wide range of drought lager, over 20 varieties of cocktails, a fantastic range of wines and champagnes as well as specialty Chadian Home made Beer. With imposing wall art and contemporary seating, the bar is a great place to socialize with friends or simply relax with Chilled Beer The restaurant boasts an extensive menu with a good mix of dishes. We take great pride in buying fresh local produce and always use the highest quality ingredients to make our dishes. The restaurant, open Tuesday to Sunday from 11 am to 11 pm, also boasts an extensive wine list and a wide selection of other hot and cold beverages. Salare, n. a seasonal neighborhood restaurant embracing the diverse cultures that makes America’s cuisine. The name Salare draws its origin from the Latin word sal which means “salt” and the term “salare” which is the act of using salt to season, preserve, or cure. The term “salare” was introduced to Chef Jordan while spending time in Italy studying the art of salumi making. Chef Jordan’s philosophy is rooted in his passion for cooking traditions, primal techniques, and ancient methods for preserving foods; the name Salare embraces this philosophy.
